We received a lot of artworks for our contest "Little artists express the horse", a drawing and videomaking competition in collaboration with the Chinese cultural association Asiart and under the patronage of the Fise (Italian Federation of Equestrian Sports).
We would like to thank all the participating children, the Library of Rocca Priora that helped us with the drawings and the teacher Roberta Colelli from the Elementary School "Dante Alighieri" of Colleferro (Rome).
We were very happy with the success of this contest, and awarded 7 categories: "Best Video", "The horse according to me", "The horse of my dreams", "The horse and China", "The horse portrait", "Best from social media", "Spirit, Wild Horse".
We will award the children that participated and won at the Fieracavalli Verona Festival on Saturday 13 November together with the Horsemotion Association.
All the children will receive a fantastic certificate of participation in both Italian and Chinese, and the winners will receive an award certificate, plus a copy of our books (which are also available free of charge by downloading it from our website) and a visit to our horse museum!

"Spirit, wild horse"
Ludovica Belli, a 4-year-old girl from Rocca Priora (Rome) won with this drawing of a horse that gives us the feeling of freedom.
Galloping through the prairies of Rocca Priora, or through the mountains in search of good fresh grass, this is how we imagine Ludovica's horse!
"The horse according me"
A special interpretation by Zoe Spina, from Terni, with this close-up of a horse. What strikes the eye is the nice white spot in the centre, almost in the shape of a person.
In addition, the elongated, almost almond-shaped eyes have great charm and give the horse a serious, authoritative expression. We love it!
"Best from social"
We let our followers choose the drawings we received!
And this one by Viola Micera from Colleferro was the most voted!
We loved it too, with this tree that shows the cherry trees blossoming in spring and the embrace of the little girl riding her trusty horse friend!
"The horse portrait"
A beautiful portrait by Martina Andreano from Como. Another close-up, but this time in black and white, showing the horse in all its beauty and elegance.
A soft and graceful line surrounds this work of hers that amazed us positively as soon as we saw it.
"The horse of my dreams"
Like a princess on a beautiful white horse, Noemi Petrolati imagines the horse of her dreams!
With a fairy-tale dress and a little sorrel pony, she has taken us back in time to when we, too, used to fantasize about our horses as children!
A drawing that arouses a thousand emotions!
"Best video"
We also received a lot of videos and the one that struck us the most was that of Flavio Chiarideo, who sent us a video focusing on the love he feels for his horse!
At just 9 years old, he is a FISE athlete and has been riding since he was 2 and a half years old, so he can say "I've been riding horses forever"!
"The horse and China"
The drawing that stole our hearts was the one with China! Aurora Ottaviani has drawn a little girl galloping on a horse, carrying the flag of China, and there is also the writing 马 which means horse in Chinese.
Together with the Colosseum it makes everything more impressive and how can you not love this wonderful design?
